License: Upon full payment, clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for the intended purpose as outlined in the service agreement.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold On Eagles Wings North Carolina, LLC harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from the use of our services.
